Product warranty period conditions

Important notes and requirements related to bearings:

• A special fixture is needed to fit the bearing inside the housing

• The edges of the assembly fixture and its surroundings must be free of any hard objects and burrs.

• The bearing must be completely aligned with the axis of the housing sleeve

• Apply pressure completely on the edges of the outer ring of the front wheel bearing

• Force must be applied evenly around the edges of the outer ring.

  

  

  

  

Important notes when installing bearings:

• Use appropriate tools such as box wrenches to tighten the plus nut securely

• Tighten the plus nut and twist nut with defined and controlled torque, and finally ensure the accuracy of the applied torque

• After installation, the wheel should rotate easily and without any additional noise by hand movement, and no noise should be heard at speed
