Ezam Holding was established on July 27, 1986. The Ezam Automotive Parts Group began its operations in 1993 with the aim of innovation and self-sufficiency in the production of various automotive parts.
By entering the automotive parts sector, the Ezam Group has consistently sought to strengthen the country's automotive industry and improve the quality of domestically produced parts. One of the main reasons for this effort has been the growing need to produce high-quality, key components within the country, thereby reducing dependence on imports and contributing to national self-sufficiency. Relying on domestic manufacturing capabilities and expanding local production, Ezam has always aimed to utilize cutting-edge technologies and international standards to produce parts that not only enhance the quality of domestic vehicles but also support the country's automotive industry as a whole. With a commitment to sustainable development and supporting the supply chain of local automakers, the Group plays a vital role in advancing the nation's industrial and economic goals.
The group's exports to the Persian Gulf countries began in 1999 and later expanded to Turkey as well as European countries such as Russia and Spain. However, this progress was disrupted by the unjust sanctions imposed on Iran.
In 2011, Abbas Iravani entered the tourism industry by founding Ezam Construction Investment Company. This initiative led to the creation of Kish Island's first and highest-quality water theme park, Ocean; Iran's first and most prestigious boutique hotel, Saraye Ameriha, in Kashan; and the launch of the major Hezar-o-Yek Shahr project in Tehran.
