Product warranty period conditions
Warranty period:
One year from the date of manufacture, 6 months from the date of installation.
Warranty activation:
Warranty activation is subject to sending an SMS, otherwise it will be calculated from the date of production.
Authenticity of the product

Having an identification tracking label (Image 1), the label of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade (Image 2), laser printing of the abbreviations of the Ezam brand production line on the body of the product, which are the abbreviations of the FS Processing and Manufacturing Company (Image 3), production date specifications, standard mark tracking code (Image 4)
Important points

Oil spill: If oil has leaked from the piston rod movement area in the shock absorber body and has soaked the lower half of the body, and if the piston rod does not have any signs of corrosion caused by pliers or - (Image 5)
Transverse play of the piston rod in the shock absorber, the warranty criterion for which is oil leakage.
If the piston rod is free of any damage or deformation, but has a grip or jam in its functional movement.
Product non-warranty conditions

In the event of changing the vehicle's height from the ground and using non-standard rims or tires in such a way that the vehicle exceeds its standard height (Image 1)

Visual defects in the shock absorber, such as deformation in the body or piston rod (shaft), damage to the sealing area / felt bowl, and corrosion in the thread or cutting or welding, wear on the shock absorber body (Image 2 and 3).

Oil vapor in the upper half of the shock absorber body (Picture 3), oil leakage due to external factors, wear/heat effect on the shock absorber piston rod (Shaft) (Picture 4) are not covered by the warranty.
The shock absorber is not installed specifically for the vehicle. For example, if the shock absorber of a Peugeot 405 is installed on a Samand vehicle, it is out of warranty.
Failure of the shock absorber to function properly due to valve damage that results in release in the compressed state is not covered by the warranty.
